Getting Around
Kindly arrange your own rental car or rides for the weekend. Coordinating carpools with other guests is warmly encouraged.
Rental Cars
A rental car is the most predictable option for out-of-town guests. The venues are spread across the Tampa Bay region, and some events are outside central Tampa.
Uber and Lyft
Uber and Lyft are widely available in Tampa and Ybor City. Availability may be more limited or involve longer waits at the Zephyrhills and Plant City venues, especially late in the evening. If you plan to use rideshare, allow additional time and consider scheduling your return ride in advance.
Carpooling
Guests staying at the same hotel are encouraged to coordinate carpools, particularly for Friday’s Sangeet in Zephyrhills and Sunday’s wedding in Plant City.

Weekend Transportation Notes
Friday includes a morning engagement in Ybor City and an evening Sangeet in Zephyrhills. Allow time to return to your hotel, change, and travel between celebrations.
Sunday’s wedding is in Plant City. Please plan to arrive by 9:30 AM and allow extra travel time.
Monday’s prayer ceremony is at Hindu Temple of Florida in Tampa. If checking out that day, ask your hotel about luggage storage or late checkout.
Coordinate your return rides ahead of time, especially after the evening celebration. Leave extra time for traffic and pickups.
Late-November Weather
Some celebrations are outdoors, so bring comfortable footwear and a light layer for the evening. Check the Tampa Bay forecast before traveling and again during wedding week.
